Infrared Thermometer

This permits temperature measurement from a distance without contact with the object to be measured. A non-contact thermometer is useful for measuring temperature under circumstances where thermocouples or other probe-type sensors cannot be used or do not produce accurate data for a variety of reasons.


Detects moisture in wood, sheetrock, cardboard, plaster, concrete, and mortar. Pinpoint or non-invasive, run sensor over wood/building materials without scratching the surface.

The installation of Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) outlets is advisable in bathrooms, kitchens, exteriors, basements, and garages. A (GFCI) outlet offers protection from shock or electrocution. Tests for correct wiring, reverse hot/ground, reverse hot/neutral, open neutral, open hot.

Crawl Space Inspection

We inspect crawl spaces, but the crawl space has to have an entry that is large enough for the inspector to get through, which is a minimum of 24-inches high by 24-inches wide. The dimension from the dirt to the bottom of the floor joists needs to also be a minimum of24-inches high.

TIF 8800X Combustible Gas Detector

The Tif Combustible Gas Detector provides a ticking signal that increases in frequency as the source of combustible gas or vapor is approached. This tool is ideal for pinpointing the location of combustible gas leaks as small as 1 ppm (gasoline vapor). Some applications are checking gas lines and pipes, fuel leaks,liquid or gas fired heating systems or propane filling stations.
